
The decrepitude of that Wilshire Corridor condo from yesterday is not typical for the neighborhood, a statement which wins the “No duh,” contest of 2011. Still, it had to be said. To illustrate: June Street Architecture, a fairly new contender in the design and construction industry, shows a remodel they’re working on at Wilshire Terrace. The before photos are terrifying but the after? That’s the Wilshire Corridor we all know.
