It would be myself, my daughter, fiance, and my father in this house. The VA Loan would be used as a down payment and myself and my fiance would take out a mortgage.
Is this possible?Bryton, Waukesha
A: Even though VA loans are guaranteed by the Federal Government, the money is lent by a bank or lending institution. You should probably speak with a bank that handles VA loans to see whether or not they will do it. Your dad should also contact the VA to see if they can lend any assistance. You may also be eligible for some level of grants if you are first time home buyers. I would suggest doing a little research. Good luck.
A: VA loan does not require down payment. You probably can co sign for your father. Talk to VA approved lender. George in Tucson
